The Big Party At The Den
What is included in your booking?
An exclusive party where the 1hour 45 mins. play, in the Adventure Zone and Adventure Garden is entirely just for you and your guests.
On the day, your party host meets & greets you and assists with the smooth running of the party, helping you with the setting up and decorating of the party room if you opt to bring your own.
- Under 1’s are FREE and do not count towards party numbers
- Designated party room exclusive to you for 2 hours.
- Food, cake, and candles supplied by you, so you get exactly what you want for the birthday boy or girl!
- A constant supply of water and squash throughout the party.
- Use of kitchen to serve your food from (weekends only)

Games - fun and exciting party games can be run for you, or ideas given, just contact our event and party coordinator to discuss all options.
Friend of the Den Party Discount – A massive 10% discount for Friend of the Den members is redeemable when completing party payment on the day at The Fyne Den.
All bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance, and a deposit of £45 will be taken which is completely refundable if cancelled a minimum of two weeks before the party. The remainder of the cost must be paid on the day of the party at the venue.
Usual rules of play apply.
Adult supervision by over 18’s is required at all times but children 13 years & over are regarded as an adult when purchasing tickets and do not count towards child numbers.

We don't offer catering for parties, we think this leaves you lots more options to choose the food, cake, and candles entirely in your own style and budget.
We may be able to help with local catering suppliers, please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will always be on hand for advice, ideas, and practical help anytime before and during your party, helping to make sure it's the celebration you want it to be.

Once the booking and deposit payment is made and your date and time have been booked, we will confirm by e-mail with details of the party booking and lots of options you may wish to add to your party planning.
Please contact us anytime after booking to talk through your party details with our Event & Party Co-ordinator, ensuring your celebration is everything you want it to be. Details of the themes and party add-ons are also on our website.
